An accessible, progressive format
Cycle of 4 sessions
1 session per week, Wednesdays from 6 to 7 p.m.

Small group (maximum 10 participants)
Each cycle offers a step-by-step approach to the fundamentals of mindfulness meditation: breathing, anchoring the body, managing thoughts and welcoming emotions.

To learn how to slow down, listen to your body and mind
Looking for a regular space for calm and refocusing
No previous experience is necessary. These sessions are open to everyone, whatever your background.
