Our mindfulness meditation workshops offer you a caring space to cultivate self-presence and calm the mind.

An accessible, progressive format

Cycle of 4 sessions
1 session per week, Wednesdays from 6 to 7 p.m.
At Centre Pensées Berlin
Small group (maximum 10 participants)

Each cycle offers a step-by-step approach to the fundamentals of mindfulness meditation: breathing, anchoring the body, managing thoughts and welcoming emotions.

Who are these workshops for?

  • For anyone wishing to discover or deepen meditation

  • In addition to a therapeutic follow-upto better manage stress and emotions

  • To learn how to slow down, listen to your body and mind

  • Looking for a regular space for calm and refocusing

No previous experience is necessary. These sessions are open to everyone, whatever your background.
