The animation of the program includes explanations theoretical about psychological functioning, of the principles of positive psychology and especially practical exercises. Participants will then be able to implement positive psychology methods at their work and at home to improve their well-being.
The sessions take place in small groups, in an atmosphere of relaxation and of kindness conducive to exchange.
The workshop includes 8 weekly sessions of 2 hours.
