Rethinking happiness
Happiness seems to be the ultimate goal... but the more we pursue it, the more it eludes us.
What if the way we seek happiness is preventing us from actually living it?
In this workshop, we'll explore the most common mental traps and discover how to activate our inner resources to cultivate authentic, lasting well-being.
Long description
Happiness is a dream, but it can also become a source of pressure when we pursue it without really understanding what makes it sustainable.
In this two-part workshop, we invite you to explore a new approach to happiness, drawing on the psychology and natural resources of your body and mind.
🔹 Part 1: Rethinking our relationship to happiness
We'll start by questioning our preconceived ideas: should we always be happy? Why does happiness sometimes seem to elude us despite our best efforts? This will be an opportunity to reflect on your own vision of happiness and the paths that really make sense for you.
🔹 Part 2: Activating your internal pharmacy
In the second part, you'll discover how your body and brain already have powerful resources to soothe, energize and regulate your inner state. Through simple exercises, you'll learn how to stimulate this "internal pharmacy" to cultivate a more stable, accessible well-being on a daily basis.
A workshop to get away from the injunctions to perfect happiness and reconnect to a simpler, more realistic joy, deeply rooted in ourselves.
