Do you sometimes feel overwhelmed by your emotions? Do you find it hard to understand your reactions or to regain your inner calm? This group is a gentle, secure online space to learn how to regulate your emotions, refocus and calm down. A therapeutic approach focused on body and mind
A therapeutic journey based on validated and scientifically recognized therapies:
- there Cognitive-Behavioral and Emotional Therapy (CBT) to understand emotional patterns
- there Mindfulness based on compassion to cultivate full presence, get off automatic pilot and take a fresh look at yourself and others
- THE work on the inner child to soothe deep emotional memories
- The contributions of body-centered therapies
What you'll explore :
- Identify your emotional triggers and avoidance mechanisms
- Learn concrete tools for calming anxiety, anger and sadness
- Reconnect to your sensitivity with more gentleness and less judgment
- Strengthen your inner security and emotional stability

Price for the complete cycle: €380 inc.
- Payment possible in two instalments (2 x €190)
