Shiatsu
Visit Shiatsua Japanese body therapy rooted in traditional Chinese medicine and influenced by Western techniques, involves applying pressure with fingers, thumbs and palms to specific points on the body. My name is Sylvain and I'm a holistic therapist, dedicated to guiding individuals towards body-mind-soul alignment and towards empowerment and responsibility for health maintenance. Originally trained as an engineer with a passion for sustainable development and the protection of our planet Earth, I quickly realized that my true calling was to help others reconnect with themselves on the path to deep healing and greater personal fulfillment.
Among other things, I'm a certified Heilpraktiker (naturopath) in Germany, a Thai masseur and conscious breathing facilitator, as well as holding a DEUG in Psychology. My practice synergizes various methods - from psychotherapy to nutrition, massage and conscious breathing. My offerings also draw on years of experience in esoteric practices such as energy healing and rituals, astrology and tarot.
I believe in empowering individuals to take charge of their well-being through personalized therapeutic pathways. With life experiences in five countries and fluency in four languages, I have a deep understanding of the challenges posed by transitions and integration issues, enabling me to offer support tailored to diverse life stages and spiritual paths.
My goal is always to provide a safe and nurturing space where you can explore holistic practices tailored to your personal needs. Whether treating physical ailments, overcoming emotional blockages or spiritual crises, I offer guidance and effective therapeutic techniques that facilitate both healing and self-discovery.
