Balance and empowerment in daily life are what we're all looking for. My own path to finding the right answers has been sophrology, a personal development practice based on the combination of breathing, light movement and visualization to help create the ultimate harmony between body and mind. Throughout my career as a yoga teacher, meditation instructor and sophrologist, I've successfully helped my clients manage stress, anxiety, burn-out, insomnia, get rid of negativity, overcome pain, phobias and addictions, build confidence and self-esteem and, above all, cultivate a positive state of mind.
I offer tailor-made brief therapy, averaging three months, using a holistic method to help you become aware of your breath, body and mind, thus becoming the main actor in your life. In a friendly and relaxed way, we'll also discuss moments in your life related to personal issues to help you create mental distance from the external or internal pressures you struggled with before joining my sessions. Ultimately, our journey evolves around finding tools within yourself, as my method can easily be repeated at a leisurely time outside our sessions.

Sophrology is a personal development practice based on easy relaxation, controlled breathing, gentle movements, guided meditation and positive visualization exercises.
Its name comes from ancient Greek and means the study of harmonious consciousness. It uniquely combines Eastern wisdom (derived from yoga, meditation and the Zen movement) with Western psychotherapy and modern stress management techniques in the treatment of anxiety disorders. It's a transformative philosophy of health and well-being that consists of a series of simple physical and mental exercises which, when practiced regularly, result in a healthy, relaxed body and a calm, alert mind. Whether you're suffering from childhood trauma, declining performance, stress at work, strained relationships or nutritional problems - to name but a few - our collaboration will help you create the mental balance you need to enjoy life to the full.
My professional career has developed around working with people: educating children in schools and supporting professionals in their language and communication skills, teaching yoga and meditation and organizing wellness retreats.
I'm a qualified sophrologist from the Ecole française Supérieure de Sophrologie in Paris, with an academic degree in education from Montreal, Canada, and years of professional experience in Montreal, London, Paris and Berlin. I have worked in both the public and private sectors, completed a Yoga Alliance-certified training in Mysore, India, and taught yoga and meditation in yoga centers in Portugal, Spain and Croatia. Today, with 20 years of mentoring experience in diverse multicultural environments, and as a mother of two boys who fully understands the complexities of the expatriate lifestyle, I dedicate myself to teaching yoga and meditation in yoga centers in Portugal, Spain and Croatia.
